Black Generic Fishing Reel

This reel is certainly very old and has black plastic (Bakelite) sides and a cork spool.  It is more than a bit rusty with surface rust and has been well fished.  Its brand is unknown but has markings of two concentric O's, so it might be Ocean City.  It is also missing a crank handle.
